Benchmark PFMs with consistent esthetics, contacts and occlusion
The key to a successful porcelain fused to metal restoration is an accurate die system. Accuracy is maintained throughout the process with our computerized burnout, casting and firing procedures. Ceramics are then carefully layered and fused at a high temperature onto the metal work to mimic natural tooth structure.
Careful attention is paid to proper tooth morphology and emergence profiles at the margins for excellent occlusion and tissue compatibility. A solid, unpinned model is poured for every ProCeram case. This solid model is used to ensure proper contact with the adjacent natural teeth. This extra step will save you time during ProCeram crown cementation.
Microscopes are used for die trims, waxing and finishing for precise marginal adaptation. Our focus on using accurate die stone models and achieving proper contacts and occlusion help minimize chairside adjustments. |
